Cheetah Digital was named a Strong Performer in the space, receiving among the top scores for data integration and transformation, user experience, integration and supporting services criteria.

Some report findings:

  • Cheetah Digital is the only vendor with a top score of 5.00 in both User Experience AND Integration.

  • Increasing or enhancing customer engagement, education, or loyalty remained at the top of the list of the biggest CCCM challenges that reference marketers expressed.
